How fast is shipping?

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Slovenia typically takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Can I return an order?

As a consumer in the EU you have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery. Sealed products may be returned if their seal is intact; if the seal has been broken, the value of the goods is significantly diminished and a partial or full deduction from the refund may apply. See the Right of Withdrawal section in our Terms of Use for the exact procedure.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal, including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed by PayPal at checkout — no PayPal account is required.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process and pack orders very quickly. If your order has not yet been packed we'll do our best to help — please email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once dispatched, an order can no longer be changed or cancelled, but you can still exercise your right of withdrawal after delivery.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and lets you track orders, save shipping addresses, and access your purchase history.

Are the prices on the site final?

Yes. All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are the final prices you pay — there are no hidden fees or surcharges added at checkout. Shipping is shown as a separate line before you confirm the order.

Will I get a confirmation of my purchase?

Yes — after dispatch we send you an order confirmation by email that lists the items and the amount paid. PayPal also issues you its own transaction record. If you need anything resent or corrected, just email us.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If a package shows external damage at delivery, note this with the carrier where possible, take photos of the package and contents, and email us within 48 hours with your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
