Terms of Use

The Website is operated by FuzbalKartice.si. The single point of contact for all questions and requests relating to the Website, your orders, and these Terms is the email address kontakt@fuzbalkartice.si.

These Terms apply to every Contract concluded through the Website. The version in force at the time the order is placed applies to that Contract. Mandatory provisions of Slovenian or EU consumer-protection law that are more favourable to Consumers prevail over any conflicting provision of these Terms.

You may shop as a guest or create a user account. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, to keep your password confidential, and to be responsible for activity carried out under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the "My Account" area or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent activity, after providing notice where this is reasonable.

We sell sealed collectible trading-card products. Product descriptions, photographs, and contents (including specific cards, parallels, or hits) are based on information from manufacturers and distributors and are illustrative only. Sealed boxes and packs are sold as-is — we cannot guarantee any specific card or pull. Stock is limited; if we are unable to fulfil an order because a product becomes unavailable, we will inform you promptly and refund any payment received in full.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are the final prices you pay (any taxes, where applicable, are already included). Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout based on the chosen destination and method.

We strive for accuracy, but if a price is displayed incorrectly due to a clear typing or system error and the correct price is materially different, we may withdraw or correct the offer before dispatch. We will inform you of the issue and you may either accept the corrected price or cancel the order with a full refund.

The display of products on the Website is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer.

The Contract is concluded when (a) you submit your order via the checkout and complete payment, and (b) we send you an order confirmation email acknowledging acceptance of the order. The order confirmation contains a summary of the items, prices, shipping address, and applicable terms, and serves as proof of the Contract.

We store the order details in our system and you can access your order history in the "My Account" area. The Contract is concluded in the language you selected at checkout (Slovenian or English).

We currently accept payment through PayPal, including credit and debit cards processed by PayPal as guest checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is captured at the moment your order is confirmed. All payment data is processed directly by PayPal in compliance with PCI-DSS — we never see, store, or transmit full card details. After dispatch we send you an order confirmation by email summarising the items, prices, and the payment received.

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days from receipt of cleared payment. Standard delivery within Slovenia takes approximately 1–3 business days from dispatch. The carrier, the estimated delivery time, and the shipping cost are displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.

For Consumers, the risk of loss of or damage to the Goods passes to you upon physical delivery. If the package shows external damage at delivery, please record this with the carrier and notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days of receiving the Goods, without giving any reason, in line with EU and Slovenian consumer-protection rules.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by an unambiguous statement (for example, an email to kontakt@fuzbalkartice.si). You may use the model withdrawal form below but it is not mandatory.

Return the Goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal. Direct return-shipping costs are borne by you, unless we agreed otherwise. We recommend using a tracked service.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original (cheapest standard) shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods or — if earlier — proof that you have sent them back. We will refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise; the refund will not incur any fees.

The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods. For sealed collectible products, the value is established by inspecting the outer packaging only. Opening or damaging the seal generally renders the Goods unsellable; in that case the diminished value may correspond to the full purchase price and may be deducted from the refund.

Independently of the right of withdrawal, Consumers are entitled to a statutory conformity guarantee of two (2) years from delivery for any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery, in line with EU and Slovenian consumer-protection rules. If the Goods do not conform to the Contract you may, in the order set by law, request repair or replacement free of charge and within reasonable time, and — where these remedies are impossible, disproportionate, or unsuccessful — a price reduction or termination of the Contract with a full refund. To make a claim, contact us at kontakt@fuzbalkartice.si with proof of purchase and a description (with photos where possible) of the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you, in line with the conformity guarantee in Section 12. We do not accept returns of opened sealed products outside the cases described in Sections 10 and 12.

Complaints can be submitted to kontakt@fuzbalkartice.si. We will acknowledge receipt within 8 days, investigate the complaint, and provide a substantive response within 30 days from receipt. We aim to resolve every complaint amicably and promptly.

We do not currently recognise any specific provider of out-of-court consumer-dispute resolution as competent for our disputes. As an EU Consumer you also have access to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, which lets you submit consumer disputes online:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Slovenian or EU consumer-protection law.

Subject to the above, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a Contract is limited to the price paid for the Goods under that Contract. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business or opportunity, or for any reduction in the resale or collector value of Goods.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform that is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply-chain disruption, carrier failures, government action, or large-scale outages affecting our service providers. We will inform affected Customers as soon as reasonably possible and, where appropriate, agree on a new delivery date or issue a refund.

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, software, and the overall layout — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Slovenian and EU copyright and trademark law. Manufacturer brands, card designs, and league/team logos belong to their respective owners and are used for product identification only. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use; any other use, including reproduction, distribution, modification, scraping, or use to train machine-learning models, requires our prior written permission.

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Website, you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with our services. You confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe any rights of others. We may remove or moderate content that is unlawful, abusive, off-topic, or that violates these Terms.

You agree not to: (a) place orders fraudulently or with stolen payment instruments; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, accounts, or back-end systems; (c) interfere with the operation of the Website (for example through denial-of-service attacks, scraping for resale, or automated buying); (d) use the Website to violate any applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or send unsolicited communications. We may suspend access, cancel orders, or take legal action in response to such conduct.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.

We may amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order; later changes will not affect Contracts that have already been concluded. We will publish material changes on the Website with at least 30 days' notice.

These Terms and any Contract concluded under them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you have your habitual residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, "Rome I"). Disputes will be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Slovenia. Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of the EU Member State where they reside.
