Everything you need to know about how we deliver your orders across Slovenia — processing times, carriers, costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) from receipt of cleared payment. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after checkout, and a separate dispatch notification with tracking once your package leaves our warehouse.
Carriers
We ship with trusted carriers — Pošta Slovenije, GLS, and DPD — to make sure your package arrives safely and on time. The carrier is selected based on your address, package size, and the service that will deliver fastest.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow the package. Registered customers can also track every order in the "My Orders" area.
Tracking information may take a few hours to appear after the dispatch email — this is normal and reflects the time it takes the carrier to scan the package into its network.
Packaging & Protection
Every order is carefully packaged to survive the journey. Sealed products are wrapped to prevent shifting and shipped in sturdy outer cartons; smaller items travel in padded mailers. We avoid loose fillers that can damage card edges in transit.
If you ever receive a package whose protective packaging has clearly been compromised, please document it as described in the "Damaged Packages" section below.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming the order. If you spot a mistake, email us at kontakt@fuzbalkartice.si as soon as possible with your order number — we'll update the address while the order is still being prepared. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the address can no longer be changed by us.
Damaged Packages
If a package shows external damage at the moment of delivery — crushed corners, an open seal, signs of being repacked — please record this with the carrier where possible and refuse delivery if the contents are clearly destroyed. Take photos of the parcel and the contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund and handle the carrier claim ourselves.
Not Delivered / Lost Packages
If tracking marks your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, first check with neighbours, your local post office, and any pickup points the carrier might have used. If it still does not appear, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Carrier investigations typically take 5–14 business days. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will resend the order or issue a full refund. We are unfortunately unable to act on lost-package claims reported more than 30 days after the delivery scan, as carrier insurance windows expire.
Customs & Duties
We currently ship only within Slovenia. The price you see at checkout is the final price (excluding shipping); there are no customs duties or additional import fees.
